Za użytkownika forum uważa się osobę zarejestrowaną, która napisała co najmniej jednego posta . Każdy użytkownik zobowiązany jest do przestrzegania zasad tego regulaminu. Niestosowanie się do tych reguł spowoduje ostrzeżenie, czasowe zablokowanie lub usunięcie użytkownika z forum.

Użytkownikom forum zabrania się:
- nagminnego używania przekleństw, wyzwisk, wulgaryzmów, pisania postów wzywających do nienawiści, wyzywających lub obrażających kogokolwiek, niezwiązanych z tematyką forum
- pisania pustych postów oraz wszelkiego rodzaju SPAMU (w tym zwrotów w stylu: acha, super)
- prowadzenia kłótni i rozmów niezwiązanych z tematyką forum
- umieszczania plików graficznych (zdjęć, obrazków) niezwiązanych z danym wątkiem
- pisania wypowiedzi w kawałkach.Istnieje przecież przycisk EDYTUJ, a pisanie w takim stylu tylko zwiększa prace admina i moderatorów,
- zakładania wątków o tematach już istniejących na forum


Poza tym zaleca się (oparte min. na doświadczeniach):

- nie wstawiania zbyt wielu emotek koło siebie (powoduje to zamęt)
- zakładanie tematów w odpowiednim dziale
- pisania po polsku, językiem zrozumiałym i w miarę możliwości bez błędów ortograficznych ( mamy przecież program Microsoft Word )
nie wstawiania zbyt wielu wykrzykników (w świecie wirtualnym traktowane jest to jako brak kultury) oraz pisania "rozciągniętych" postów (np. rrrrrroooooaaaarrrrr) - takie wypowiedzi są wówczas nieczytelne,
- nie pisania WIELKIMI LITERAMI
- pisanie czarnym kolorem czcionki

Użytkownikom forum można:

- dodawać nowe posty i tematy,
- głosować w sondach i ankietach,
- wypowiadać się na wszystkie tematy,
- dodawać pliki graficzne (przestrzegamy cenzury), odpowiadające bieżącemu tematowi,
- ubiegać się o zamkniecie tematu, podając uzasadnienie.

Użytkownikom forum nakazuje się:

- przestrzegać zasad forum,
- nie dyskutować i kłócić się z moderatorem i administratorem, wszelkie sprawy będą rozpatrywane w gronie moderatorów i administratora,
- trzymać się zasad etykiety i netykiety.


Sygnatury i zdjęcia osobiste:
- musi być w nich przestrzegana cenzura (pornografia, rasizm itp.)
- Nie może być dla nikogo obraźliwa (czyli coś w stylu "a ten to jest ch*j" itp.)
- Żaden użytkownik nie może używać sygnatury ani zdjęcia innego użytkownika, bez jego wcześniejszej zgody, takie przypadki prosze natychmiastowo zgłaszać administratorowi

A member of forum is a person registered, who wrote min. one post. Every user is obligated to obey this rules. Nonconformity to this rules will causes warning, temporal ban or delete user from forum.

It is forbidden for users to:
- commonly using swearing, invectivs, vulgarisms, wroting posts which causes hatred, provocative or offends someone, not connected with the topic of forum,
- wroting empty post and all kinds of SPAM (including pharse like: ok, cool),
- to argue and conversations not connected with topic of forum,
- inserting graphic files (pictures, photos) not connected with given plot,
- writting post in parts - there is key "EDIT" and writting in such style only makes admins and moderators work bigger,
- to set up topic which already exist.

Beside this it is recomended to (based for example on experiences):

- not put to many icons next to eachother (it causes disarray),
- setting up topic in proper section,
- writting in polish, in easy to understand language and if its possible without mistakes (we have Microsoft Word or newer versions of browsers to correct them),
- not put to many exclamation marks (in virtual word it is treating as a lack of good manners) and writting "extensioned" post (np rrrrrrrrrrrrrroooooooooaaaaaaaarrrr) - its not illisiblment,
- not writting by BLOCK LETERS ,
- writting by black color of font.

User of forum can:

- add new posts and topics,
- vote in polls and surveys,
- express on every topics,
- add graphic files (obey the censore), answering following topic,
- qualify for close topic with giving reason.

User of forum must:

- follow the rules of forum,
- don't discute and argue with admins and moderators, every cases will be examinated by them,
- follow the etiquette and netiquette.

Sygnatours and personal photos:

- they must be censored (pornography, racism etc.)
- they can't offend anybody (something like offences is not allowed!!!)
- any of user can't use sygnatour or picture of other member, without his agreement, in case of this You are asked immidietly to tell about it to admin.
